Everton and England defender Leighton Baines has admitted that he has already been impressed by new signing Samuel Eto’o. The former Barcelona, Inter Milan and Chelsea striker scored on his debut for Everton 6 minutes after coming on as a substitute against his former club last weekend.
The Summer Transfer Window has now slammed shut and Football Clubs have to stick with what they have for the time being, well until January at least, before being able to add to their squad. Toffee TV looks at the business Everton have done and ask whether it was a good window on the whole for the Blues.

The news that David Hennan a player that had been with the club all summer, had joined Olympiakos it was a strange one and the news that Tom Cleverley a player Martinez rates highly wasn’t to join as a deal couldn’t be agreed. Since then we have learnt Hennan has joined on a last minute loan deal, I’m sure explanations on why this is the case…
